Position: HR Executive

1. Location: Anywhere from MP.

2. Work from Office from Day 1, Work Location : Bhopal

3. Education: 60% Throughout with any stream.

4. Good communication skill.

5. Years of experience: 4+ years total exp. 2+ yrs in HR Generalist role.

6. CTC/ECTC: Expectation up to 7 LPA.

7. Notice period: Immediate to 15-30 days

8. Night shifts : Must be comfortable to work in PNS.

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Job Role and Requirements:
• HR Core activities include but not limited to offer letter making, Induction, Exit formalities, various letter preparations.
• HR Admin activities include vendor management, Visiting offices of the company.
• Open for Work From Home until office re-opens and also being a critical resource should be open during anytime if needed.
• Good Communication skills and learning attitude. Assisting the HR Managers in HR activities.
