Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle recruitment including JD preparation, posting, screening candidates, interfacing with campus, candidates, etc.
2. Manage the employee-related processes from joining to exit
3. Create employee engagement for a work from home environment
4. Work on any other activities that may be required relating to HR
