about the role Strategic HR Advisory: • Collaborate with senior management, business leaders and global HRBP's to understand HR needs and provide strategic guidance and support. • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the organization's objectives and promote a positive work culture. • Advise on organizational structure, workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee retention, and succession planning etc. HR activities and Compliance: • Oversee and manage day-to-day HR activities, including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits, and HRIS administration. • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies. • Monitor HR metrics and analyse trends to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions. • Collaborate with COE's L&D, C&B and Talent Acquisition to ensure smooth HR delivery of various HR activities. Employee Engagement and Relations: • Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion initiatives. • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. • Conduct investigations and handle employee complaints or grievances in a fair and objective manner. HR Projects and Initiatives: • Lead and participate in HR projects, such as policy development, process improvement, and change management initiatives etc. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative HR solutions and drive continuous improvement within the HR function. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR programs and initiatives that support the company's strategic goals. about you • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role. • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and processes. • Proven experience in providing strategic HR advisory services to business units. • Excellent team management skills. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Demonstrated project management skills. additional information We are seeking an experienced and dynamic talent to lead a team of HR consultants.
