A growing LNG company in Louisiana is seeking a dynamic HR professional to oversee talent acquisition, compliance, employee relations, and performance management for its team in Cameron, LA. The role involves creating innovative staffing solutions, writing compelling job descriptions, and developing policies that align with the company's mission and culture.
• *Responsibilities include:**
- Serving as the primary HR contact for the Calcasieu Pass facility.
- Managing the full recruiting cycle, from job description creation to candidate selection.
