We're seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Manager to lead our HR team and drive
business outcomes through innovative people solutions. The successful candidate will provide
guidance on HR initiatives, foster a positive work culture, and ensure compliance with employment
laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
2. Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational change and development.
3. Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Talent Management:
1. Design and implement talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.
2. Lead succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
3. Manage performance management and employee engagement programs.
Employee Relations:
1. Provide guidance on employment law, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution.
2. Conduct investigations and address employee concerns.
HR Operations:
1. Oversee benefits and compensation programs.
2. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
3. Manage HR budget and vendor relationships.
Leadership and Development:
1. Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR professionals.
2. Provide mentorship and guidance on HR best practices.
3. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Analytics and Reporting:
1. Develop and analyze HR metrics.
2. Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
3. Prepare reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements:
Education: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field. SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR certification preferred.
Experience: - 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role. - Proven track record of strategic HR leadership and team management.
Skills: - Strong business acumen and strategic thinking. - Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze data and drive insights. - Knowledge of employment law, regulations, and HR best practices.
• Preferred Qualifications:* - Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field. - Experience with organizational development and change management. - Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiativ
