We're looking for an HR Ops Executive to join our team to help us expand on these portfolios.
Job Description:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven to join our People & Culture team.
- This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about systems, structure, and documentation, and wants to build a career in the operational backbone of Human Resources.
- Youll gain exposure to the processes and tools that keep HR running smoothly, with opportunities to contribute to process improvement, automation, and compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee data across HR systems and records.
- Assist in drafting, organizing, and updating HR process documentation, SOPs, and workflows.
- HR Policy Development and Implementation: Develop, implement, and update HR policies and
procedures to align with company values and legal requirements.
- Compensation and Benefits: Design and manage compensation and benefits packages to
attract and retain talent.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes (documentation, equipment tracking, IT coordination, etc.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant labor laws and regulations, including employment standards, workplace safety, and discrimination laws.
- Ensure all HR documentation (offer letters, NDAs, contracts, policy updates) is accurate, timely, and compliant.
- Collaborate with Finance, Admin, and IT for seamless HR operations.
- Assist in HR audit preparation and maintain compliance checklists.
- Contribute to HR process optimization, automation, and reporting initiatives.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a team-player mindset.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
