Job description
Position: Investment Manager
Responsibilities:
● Detailed understanding of different investment product offerings by NoBroker.
● Pitch investment product offerings to HNIs clients and make them understand
about the product, its merits and risks.
● Understanding the concerns of the client and addressing those concerns.
● Managing third party partners to understand the investment product and
pipeline of upcoming opportunities.
● Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and third party partners
throughout the client investment journey, providing information and guidance on
investment products, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
● Manage the end-to-end investment process, including client engagement, due
diligence, investment recommendations, and finalizing agreements.
● Managing a team of executives providing targeted leads. Prepare the pitch for
executives, responsible for training the executives and help them complete their
targets.
● Proactively acquire new clients through lead generation, networking, and sales
strategies, contributing to the company's growth.
● Utilize a data-driven approach to analyze sales performance, track progress
against targets, and make informed decisions for achieving or exceeding monthly
goals.
● Effectively manage stakeholders, collaborating with cross-functional teams to
ensure seamless coordination and alignment of sales strategies.
● Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to work six days a week with rotational
offs as required by the organization.
● Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry regulations
related to commercial sales and investments.
● Prepare reports and presentations on sales metrics, market insights, and client
feedback for management review.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and internal
stakeholders, advocating for client requirements and driving necessary
improvements or modifications.
● Contribute to the overall success of the company by actively participating in team
meetings, sharing best practices, and providing input for product enhancements
or process improvements.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in sales, finance or a related field.
● Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the investment
or insurance industry.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and
influence clients effectively.
● Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving or
exceeding sales targets.
● Analytical mindset and proficiency in using data and sales tools to drive
decision-making.
● Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal
supervision.
● Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
● Knowledge of real estate and investment products is highly preferable.

Job Description:
The HR Trainer will be responsible for delivering, and managing HR training programs to improve and help the students as a part of our curriculum. The trainer will work with the program team to ensure the training programs meet the course curriculum. This role requires excellent communication and training delivery skills to develop effective and engaging training sessions
Key Responsibilities:
● Training Delivery: Facilitate training sessions on various HR-related topics, such as compliance, leadership development, soft skills, and performance management.
● Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with trends in training and development and apply best practices to the Organisation’s training initiatives.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Education or related field.
● Proven experience as a corporate trainer or HR trainer.
● Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training methodologies.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
● Ability to work with diverse groups and adapt training styles to suit audience needs.
Preferred Skills:
● Certification training (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance – CPLP).
● Proficiency in Performance Evaluation.
Work Environment:
● This is Work From Home setup and requires a good network, a personal laptop and a strong Wi-Fi connection.
Salary:
● It is a contract-based job, that requires 16-20 hours in a month with a stipend of INR 5500 to INR 6000
