We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR policy development and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Lead the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
• Manage employee relations and provide guidance to managers and employees on HR issues, such as performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as needed.
• Provide training and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and improve job performance.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in HR management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.
