With a commitment to delivering exceptional, world class person-centric disability services in Perth, WA, we have experienced rapid growth and are now seeking a skilled and enthusiastic HR Admin to join our team in a Full-Time capacity.
Job Summary: As the HR Admin, you will play a pivotal role in to providing day-to-day, end-to-end support to the Human Resources department at Essential Nursing & Disability Services and ensure the smooth running of all recruitment, induction and training requirements as well as perform ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Responsibilities: In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for the following key duties:
Support end to end recruitment activities including advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing and pre-employment checks.
General HR administrative duties including tasks such as processing employment changes, preparing documentation and facilitating HR related processes.
Conduct onboarding tasks, including adding new employees into the HR system and booking inductions and training.
Ensuring all employee records are maintained accurately and in a timely manner.
Assisting with HR related projects including implementation of new systems and processes.
Provide guidance and support to employees, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the HR function by keeping up to date with the latest HR and industry news.Qualifications and Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:
Tertiary Qualifications: Minimum Diploma in HR Management or related field
Professional Experience: A minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar capacity or relevant field.

Essential Licenses and Checks: Possession of a valid WA driver's license, NDIS worker screening check, and tech literacy (ability to work with basic technology apps) are essential for this role.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
