HR Administrator - Part Time
12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Immediate Start
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8.30am - 17:00pm
Full-time equivalent salary £26,000. This will be pro rata
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records and HR databases.
Coordinate recruitment processes by conducting reference checks.
Support onboarding and off boarding processes for new hires and departing employees.
Handle employee enquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is preferred.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
