Adjacency are delighted to be partnering with a fantastic business to help them recruit a HR Advisor.

The purpose of the role is to deliver a proactive, professional and flexible HR service to all employees delivering best practice and ensuring compliance with my client’s procedures, policies and employment legislation.

Duties include, (but are not exhausted to):
• Act as a source of expertise to provide advice, information and practical support to line managers and employees with HR related issues in accordance with HR policies, legislation and best practice.
• Provide advice and guidance to line managers on ER issues, with a view to early and informal resolution where possible.
• Support line managers with the recruitment and selection process.
• Maintain, operate and develop HR system and deliver management information reports when required.
• Support the performance review process ensuring consistency and identifying issues.
• Deliver HR related training to managers.
• Manage or contribute to the planning, coordination, management and delivery of HR projects.
• Work closely and flexibly with other members of the HR team to ensure the efficient operation of the HR service.

To be considered for this opportunity we would expect the successful candidate to have 3-4 years’ experience working in an HR environment an up-to-date knowledge of current UK employment legislation and be qualified to CIPD level 5, (or equivalent). You will be happy to work autonomously and on your own initiative, (in a supportive environment), and have a high level of interpersonal skills. Excellent planning and organisational skills and an ability to research, analyse and produce reports with a high level of detail are also prerequisites of this role.
