Human Resources Agent

The chosen candidate provides important administrative support to the Human Resources team. This role maintains paper and electronic employee files and HR directories. Daily tasks include data entry, creating surveys/quizzes, creating letters and publications, and maintaining our intranet. The successful candidate will be involved in various HR-related projects (research, event organization, wellness, title change, etc.).
What you'll do
Responsibilities
Maintenance of employee file documentation
Support other team members with the administration of various files
Maintain all documents/announcements on the intranet
Support HR Partners with recruitment files
Support the HR team with the organization of corporate events
Prepare statistical reports and share information
What you'll need
Qualifications
Strong communication skills in both French and English.
Diploma of graduate studies
1-2 years of previous administrative experience
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
