Essential Responsibilites
• Process job requisitions
• Coordinates all recruitment for corporate office and well as distribution centers
• Writes job postings and posts requisitions to job boards
• Works with temporary agencies to get temporary assignments filled
• Works with hiring managers on developing hiring profiles
• Reviews applications and does preliminary screening
• Coordinates interview schedules
• Coordinates pre-employment requirements; drug screens, background checks, etc
• Conducts on-boarding/new hire orientations with new Team Members
• Schedules and manages new hire meetings
• Offboards and archives separation documents
• Helps file and audit signed policies from team members
• Participates in HR team meetings
• Participates in open enrollment and educates Team Members on benefit selection
• Helps coordinate community involvement/social responsibility initiatives for assigned group
• Assists with regulatory reporting and compliance with federal and state regulations
• Ensures Company policies and procedures are followed
• Coordinates designated HR compliance training requirements
• Schedules annual Company Wide meetings
• Coordinates employee annual employee events, such as spirit week, wellness activities, lunches, and other employee engagement events
• Plans major employee annual events; picnic and holiday party
• Participates in special HR projects, when needed

Required Qualifications And Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1+ years’ experience in a similar or related position
• Knowledge of HRIS /ATS systems, a plus, Microsoft Office Suite
• Capable of communicating effectively with all levels and management and Team Members
• Must be able to interpret information and streamline for training and overall communications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, shifting priorities as business conditions demand
