This is an on-call, part-time opportunity — perfect for an experienced HR professional seeking flexibility and a meaningful role that could evolve into full-time as the organization grows.

About the Role:

This role is primarily remote with occasional on-site visits when necessary (e.g., conflict resolution, audits, or urgent staffing needs)
We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and can confidently handle the HR needs of a multi-location operation.

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

2+ years of Human Resources experience, ideally in food service, retail, or multi-site operations
Working knowledge of Canadian employment standards and HR best practices
Familiarity with immigration processes (LMIA, open work permits, etc.) is a strong asset
Comfort working independently and managing your own schedule
Strong organizational and communication skills
