About the Role:

As an HR Assistant, you will help develop and implement our HR systems, including attendance, leave management, payroll, and policy administration. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth and effective HR operations.

What You will Do :
• HR System Development: Create and implement HR systems for attendance, leave, payroll, and policies.
• Policy and Compliance: Draft and enforce HR policies, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist with recruitment and facilitate onboarding and induction.
• Training and Development: Coordinate training programs and monitor their effectiveness.
• Attendance and Payroll: Manage attendance records and ensure accurate payroll processing.
• Grievance Handling: Address employee grievances and handle situations diplomatically to foster a positive work environment.
• Meeting Coordination: Organize HR meetings, document minutes, and report to management.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively within the HR team and adapt to challenges.

The Must Haves:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Technical background is required.
• Previous HR experience is preferred but not necessary.
• Strong understanding of HR systems and processes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and diplomatic skills.
• Ability to handle situations diplomatically and make thoughtful decisions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
