Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Assistant.

The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks, including HR management, HRIS management, benefits administration, and training.
This role is located in Chennai with occasional travel to Pondicherry and Hyderabad. Qualifications Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills Experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) Benefits Administration and Training skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred Professional HR certification is preferred
