About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Human Resources Assistant to join our team at The Mindset Club. This is a full-time remote role that requires expertise in HR management, benefits administration, training, and utilizing Human Resources to support the HR department's operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Recruitment and hiring: Sort and filter applications, and contact applicants via phone or other communication channels.
• Benefits administration: Manage employee benefits, ensuring compliance with company policies and external regulations.
• Training and development: Design and deliver training programs for employees, focusing on HR-related topics.
• HRIS management: Utilize HR Information Systems to track and analyze HR data, making informed decisions to optimize HR processes.

Requirements
• Experience in Human Resources (HR) and Benefits Administration.
• Efficiency with Google Sheets or MS Excel.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
