Human Resources Assistant

Assist the Director of Human Resources in all phases of Human Resources

Participate in administering the agency's progressive disciplinary program

Interpret and implement the agency's rules, regulations, and policies

Provide guidance to managers on performance management and disciplinary issues

Manage recruitment specialist in the selection of new hires for union and non-union positions

Assist in the development of recognition programs and oversee incentive programs for employees

Shortlist the candidates as per need and call them accordingly, Help in interview, assist in onboarding, make sure all rule are following, collect the reports to all Housekeeping Supervisor, cold calling for candidate, maintain the data with office decorum

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹+,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
