Night shift

Job Summary:

As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing the employee lifecycle from hiring to separation. Our ideal candidate should have experience in handling HR-related tasks and should be familiar with relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures

Managing recruitment processes, including sourcing, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks

Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases, creating offer letters etc.

Managing employee benefits and compensation packages

Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees

Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts

Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations

Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management

Managing employee onboarding and separation processes

Able to manage any other tasks assigned by the management

Flexible to work in Shifts/Nigh Shift.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field

Strong in sourcing and recruiting talent from IT background

3-5 years of experience in HR/Talent acquisition or a related field

3 plus years of experience in IT recruitment

Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks.
