This is a full-time remote position responsible for HR management, benefits administration, training, and supporting the HR department's operations.
Responsibilities
• Manage HR processes and procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Administer benefits programs and communicate with employees regarding benefits-related matters
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Analyze data and provide insights to inform HR decision-making
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in HR and benefits administration
• Proficient in Google Sheets or MS Excel
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Able to handle confidential information professionally
