Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management:
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to retirement (R2R).
• Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Handle employee onboarding and orientation to ensure smooth integration into the organisation.
• Draft and issue HR letters related to employment, promotion, transfer, increments, and relieving.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
• Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
• Manage HRIS systems to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
• Prepare and present HR MIS, ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and analytics to senior management.
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives such as pulse surveys, birthday celebrations, recognition programs, and festive celebrations.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
• Execute training plans and schedules based on skill map analysis.
• Prepare HR data for business stakeholders during client bidding processes.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies.
Office Administration:
• Manage office administration tasks, including facilities management, vendor relationships, and staff accommodation.
• Organise and maintain office records, equipment, and mail processing.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and event planning.
• Assist with bookkeeping, accounting, and financial audits.
• Ensure efficient management of office space and maintenance.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or postgraduate certification in HR preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in HR management, including recruitment to retirement (R2R) processes.
• Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Experience in office administration and financial tasks.
Essential Skills:
• Proven administrative and/or HR experience.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• High level of accountability and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proactive enthusiasm for acquiring new processes and suggesting innovative methods.
