Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner at Summit Interconnect in our Orange, CA facility. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment law, and overseeing performance management processes.
Qualifications
• HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) expertise
• Employee Relations and Labor and Employment Law knowledge
• Bilingual in Spanish language
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in global HR practices is a plus
