Human Resources Business Partner

The responsibilities for this position include conducting onboarding sessions for new employees to ensure a smooth integration process. You will also be responsible for planning and executing engagement activities to boost morale and retention within the organization. Addressing employee concerns promptly and professionally is a key aspect of this role, as well as conducting exit interviews, analyzing attrition trends, and implementing retention strategies. Effective liaison with internal teams, clients, and external vendors is crucial, along with acting as a bridge between operations and client HR for people-related matters. Additionally, overseeing basic administrative tasks such as ID card issuance, seating arrangements, and office upkeep will be part of your responsibilities.

Applicants should have 2-4 years of HR experience in a BPO or similar environment, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Prior experience in handling grievance issues and employee engagement is considered a plus.

Preference will be given to male candidates for crowd management purposes. Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will also be given preference.

This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and provident fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and performance and yearly bonuses are provided. The work location is in person.,
