Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team in the manufacturing / aerospace industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our growth and strategic objectives, providing advice and guidance on a range of HR issues.
