The HR Business Partner will report to the HR Manager and be involved in the development and implementation of strategic HR programs in partnership with the plant leadership
This role will partner with leadership and the HR Manager in the following areas: performance management, employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation, engagement, supervisory coaching, change management, and other ad hoc HR projects
The role has oversight for all site Human Resources administrative processes and payroll
They will ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures and compliance with all laws/statutes regulating the employment relationship
