Summary:
Manages the administration of employee relations cases and conducts investigations of harassment and other complaints submitted to the organization. Establishes investigation plans, completes investigations, recommend resolutions, and partner with the regional human resources and leadership teams in the implementation of resolutions. Ensures regional compliance with human resources policies, and applicable federal and state laws. Assists in the development of related training on various topics.
