Human Resources Business Partner Manager (HRBP)
Position Overview
As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization during this transition period. Your primary responsibility will be to provide strategic HR guidance and support to our teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide daily HR guidance and support.
• Offer guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Manage and report on the Organizational Structure.
• Develop and update job descriptions.
• Lead individual development programs in partnership with other departments.
• Identify team and individual training needs.
• Provide guidance, solutions, and training to employees and managers.
• Implement key HR management indicators impacting operations.
• Implement programs to promote company values.
• Identify and manage the development of high-potential individuals.
• Design succession plans for key talent and positions.
• Design organizational training and development plans in collaboration with management and specialist consultants.
• Provide HR advice and follow up on strategy implementation.
• Track Development plans for key collaborators. Methodology + box (Performance / Potential).
• Manage the Human Resources System, including modules such as HR Database Administration, Talent Management, Compensation, and Security.
• Design and align organizational structures, ensuring balance in salary levels, internal equity, external competitiveness, and job valuations.
Qualifications
• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Resilience and ability to thrive in a transitioning environment.
• Proven ability to motivate and empower teams.
• Emotional maturity and adaptability.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Flexibility and adaptability.
• Willingness to work both in-office and remotely, as per company policy.
• Experience in relocation support preferred.
• Previous experience in industries is a plus.
• Experience in plant operations combined with sales/commercial/staff roles is highly desirable.
