Job Description: As a Recruitment and Human Resources Administrator, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating with hiring managers and senior leadership to align recruitment strategies with business goals, and providing administrative support for onboarding and offboarding processes. You will also prepare recruitment documentation, manage interview schedules, and provide interview feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications: We are looking for a strong communicator with proven experience in recruitment (3+ years) or HR support roles. Excellent time management and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously, are essential. You should also have high attention to detail and confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with HR systems are highly desirable.
