Job Summary
Geri healthcare is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and payroll administration. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Manage employee onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems such as Salesforce, ADP, PeopleSoft, or Kronos.
Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee time records and related documentation.
Facilitate change management initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and develop talent acquisition strategies.
Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees and management.
Assist in organizing training sessions and professional development programs for staff.
Participate in employee engagement activities to promote a positive workplace environment.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in human resources or administrative roles is highly desirable.
Familiarity with HR software such as Salesforce, ADP, PeopleSoft, or Kronos is a plus.
Strong understanding of payroll processes and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members at all levels.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Experience with interviewing techniques and talent acquisition strategies is advantageous.
