Benefits Administration: Manage comprehensive employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k)

Employee Relations: Act as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll
Policy Development: Assist in the formulation and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Recruiting: Assist in the recruiting process as required

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Duluth, GA. Ideal for candidates with experience in benefits administration and familiarity with payroll processes, this role involves managing onboarding and offboarding processes, overseeing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. Proficiency in UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) HRIS is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Benefits Administration: Manage comprehensive employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k).
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Lead the onboarding of new hires and ensure a smooth transition for departing employees.
• Open Enrollment: Coordinate the annual benefits open enrollment process, providing guidance and support to employees.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
