Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Coordinator at Six Sigma Soft Solutions Private Limited in Chennai. The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for HR management, benefits administration, employee relations, and implementing HR policies to ensure a positive work environment.

Qualifications
• HR Management, Human Resources (HR), and HR Policies skills
• Experience in benefits administration and employee relations
• Knowledge of creating and implementing HR policies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Relevant HR certifications are a plus
