Full job description
We are looking for an exceptional HR Coordinator / Junior Advisor to join our HR Team for a 13 month fixed term.
This position is a fixed term maternity cover, ideally starting early/mid August 2025. The role is full time and based in our Ellerslie office.

About the role:
This role is ideal for an experienced HR Administrator looking for the next step in their HR journey! You will report into the HR Advisor and will be responsible for responding to and resolving employee and manager queries from across our Medical and Pharmacy Divisions surrounding any aspect of HR policy & administrative process.
Thriving in a fast paced working environment, you will deliver advice and query resolution in an accurate and timely manner. Maintaining quality and meeting service performance standards, you will be accurate and motivated. You will have a natural ability to build positive relationships with managers and employees, striving to improve how we deliver HR services across the Group.
About you:
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Experienced in generalist HR, including the interpretation and application of HR policies and processes.
Confident drafting and issuing HR documentation - including Employment Agreements / Variations to Employment.
Previous experience using Snaphire or a similar recruitment software.
Sound knowledge of the employment law and other relevant legislations
Process driven and ability to champion continuous improvements
Ability to effectively communicate, inform and influence to achieve the right outcomes
Being solution focused, practical and focussed on sound commercial outcomes
Strong attention to detail
