Human Resources Director
We are looking for a strategic and experienced Human Resources (HR) Director to lead the HR function at our automotive part manufacturing company based in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Talent Acquisition and Management: Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent for various roles within the organization. Develop effective onboarding programs and talent management strategies.
• Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations strategies, conflict resolution, and proactive communication.
• Performance Management: Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development planning.
• Training and Development: Identify training needs, design training programs, and collaborate with department heads to ensure continuous learning and development opportunities for employees.
• Compensation and Benefits: Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with industry standards and company objectives.
• HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.
• HR Analytics and Reporting: Utilize HR data and metrics to drive decision-making and provide insights to senior management on HR-related issues and trends.
• Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience as an HR Director or similar senior HR role in the manufacturing industry, preferably automotive or related sectors.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions including talent management, compensation, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that drive business results.
• Experience in managing HR operations in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
