About the job:
Recruit Driven is contracted with Astria Health in Sunnyside, Washington to fill the need for a Director of Human Resources position.
Based on the candidate and their experience, the salary is up for discussion but will include a benefits package and a performance bonus.
The ideal candidate will act as an employee champion and change leader. You will plan, develop, organize, implement, direct, and evaluate the organization's human resource function and performance.
