Join a leading organization in the dynamic restoration services industry as our next Human Resources Director, where you’ll oversee all HR operations across the U.S. and Canada. This is a unique opportunity to drive strategic HR initiatives for a growing, multi-state business backed by private equity.

As part of the senior leadership team, you will lead a talented HR group to manage everything from compliance and employee relations to talent acquisition and HR technology implementation. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Multi-State HR Operations: Oversee HR for 5,000+ employees across multistate locations, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
• Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and support growth.
• Acquisition Support: Conduct HR due diligence for acquisitions and led post-merger integrations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with private equity-backed companies or managing HR during acquisitions is a plus.
