Role Description
• Serve as a liaison between staff and senior management, communicating needs and concerns, so they can be handled expeditiously.
• Handling administrative tasks as assigned.
• Recruit new staffs by drafting of offer letters and contracts as per rules and regulations of the region.
• Provide technical support and logistic support for all administrative and accounts personnel.
• Maintaining staff attendance records.
• Preparation of Salary Statement and maintaining salary register.
• Streamline the master payroll database and update for changes.
• Maintaining employee personal records database.
• Working closely with legal department to enhance and improve HR policies and procedures.
• Liaoning with Labour officers, auditory work, PF and ESIC works.
• Arranging and conducting employee welfare activities and events.
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
• Design and run employee training and development programs.
• Handle employee relations and resolve any workplace conflicts or issues.
• Develop employee recognition and rewards programs.
• Handle company events and celebrations.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar HR role
• Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS systems)
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism
