We are seeking a dynamic and versatile HR Executive to join our management-consulting firm. This role demands a proactive HR professional with hands-on experience across core HR functions such as employee engagement, performance management, policy development, and client support. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and documentation skills, with the ability to manage both internal HR processes and client-facing responsibilities. As part of a consulting setup, travel to client locations will be a regular component of the role, requiring adaptability, professionalism, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
1. Employee Engagement & Conflict Resolution
Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
Address employee grievances and resolve client-side conflicts effectively and professionally.
2. Performance Management & Appraisals
Design and implement KRA-KPI frameworks tailored to client requirements.
Assist in defining increment slabs and managing end-to-end appraisal processes.
3. HR Policies & SOP Development
Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HR operations.
Create, implement, and update HR policies such as Leave Policy, Code of Conduct, Induction PPT, and holiday calendar.
4. HR Consulting & Client Support
Provide HR consulting services under the guidance of the Head of HR.
Work closely with client-side employees to understand and address grievances.
5. Training & Development
Design and deliver soft skills training modules to enhance employee effectiveness.
6. Manpower Planning & Budgeting
Support strategic manpower planning, including organizational structuring and salary budgeting.
7. HR Documentation & Compliance
Prepare and maintain critical HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, terminations, warnings, relieving and experience letters.
8. Management Support
Assist senior management with HR decision-making, document approvals, and process improvements.
