Experience - 2 - 5 year

Responsibilities -
• Monitor and manage the recruitment process.
• Conducting telephonic or in-person interviews for screening & shortlisting the candidates
• Schedule and conduct a campus recruitment drive.
• Conduct Exit Interviews and document the exit interviews.
• Manage and maintain all employee records and files.
• Develop and monitor compliance of the HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in monitoring/tracking employee relations issues including resolution and follow-up.
• Manage and maintain company’s employee portal.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees
• Nurture and create a positive and vibrant working environment.
• Co-ordinate with marketing coordinator to ensure all the social media platforms of the company are updated and managed correctly.
• Manage, co-ordinate and organize team building activities, annual events and cultural events.
• Support, manage and administrate office applications such as email management and database management.

Requirements and skills:
• Work experience as an HR Executive or similar role
• Degree in Human Resources Management or similar field
• People-oriented and results-driven.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting
• Good communication skills
• Active listener and good presentation skills
