Position - Sr. HR Specialist (WFO)

Reports To - CEO/CTO/Founder/Co-Founder Experience - Min. 1+ Years of Experience

Job Overview:

We are a Software Service and SaaS Product Development based in Ahmedabad. We are a team of + and are growing gradually. Looking for an HR Generalist who can recruit new talent as per company’s requirement. Ensure efficient operations as well as be able to work on company’s policy, documents, SOP etc. If you are very versatile in nature, like to grow and learn new things everyday, then PragetX is the right place for you.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Taking multiple interviews in a week, technical as well as non-technical.

2. Should have knowledge of the core IT field and should be able to ask relevant questions to

candidates as we are looking to build a large team from here on.

3. Perform pre/post interview activities like orientations, selecting, screening, interviewing,

finalizing, onboarding procedures etc.

4. Source, review and select resumes during hiring processes and update database

5. Process documentation and prepare reports relating to performance evaluations

6. Design workplace policies i.e SOP, employee attendance and punctuality etc.

7. Ensure smooth operations on a regular basis e.g. attendance, employee performance, benefits,

pay-roll salary, record of new-staff etc. if required by Management

8. Should be acquainted with different platforms of hiring like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn,

Apna etc. to source right candidates within time period as required for company

Qualification:

❖ Education level

➢ Any degree in IT domain/Human Resources/BBA/MBA etc. or related.

❖ Specific skills

➢ Efficient HR administration and people management skills

➢ Excellent record keeping skills

➢ Knowledge of HR functions

➢ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

➢ Computer literacy with capability in email, MS office and related HR software

➢ Meticulous attention to detail
