Candidate will be required to focus into Recruitment, Payroll, Performance Evaluation, Background verification, Employee Engagement activities, doing Joining formalities of new candidates, orientation and Training of New Candidates.
Responsibilities
• Plan and coordinate HR procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
• Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
• Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
• Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource govt requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
• Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
• Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space
• Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
Requirements
• Ability to work calmly under pressure
• Possess excellent people and communication skills, tolerance for ambiguity, and the enthusiasm to contribute to building a great company
• Excellent communication and people skills with effective command of English
• Excellent interpersonal, planning, and organization skills to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Keen sense of making a difference in the world
• Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
• Proficient in MS Office
• An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• A team player with leadership skills
• BSc/BA in business administration or relative field
