Job Description:
• The candidate's Job role will include HR (40%) and Client Servicing (60%)
• HR would include, IT recruitment, Onboarding, and basic paperwork.
• In client servicing, the candidate will be responsible for interaction with the onboarded clients and become a bridge of communication with the team and clients additionally bidding on different portals by creating proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit and hire new employees, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews
• Client Communication | Managing Updates with Clients | Email Strategies | Followups.
