HR Department:
• Manage company-wide HR programs and initiatives such as organizational change, organization culture, retention and engagement strategies, compensation & benefit, workforce planning, training & development.
• Managing all aspects of the team lifecycle, including but not limited to talent onboarding, retention, performance, development, succession planning, change management, compensation and benefits, and compliance and regulations.
• Talent Acquisition - Recruiting staff, which involves developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking applications, screening, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates.
Digital Marketing:
• Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media.
• Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update websites.
• Create blogs for companies' websites.
• Create videos for the company's YouTube channel.
• Create appreciation / celebration posts for team.
• Build the network on social media platform.
Administration: Day to Day admin task.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree /bachelor's degree in HRM or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of employment law.
• Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations.
• Exhibit strong decision-making skills with a deep understanding of team relations, staffing management, and training.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills.
• Skills and experience in creative content /blog writing /templates.
• Good knowledge of software for creating content/template.
• Basis knowledge of Microsoft excel
