Job Description:

1. Maintain disciplinary record.

2. To possess knowledge on In-House/External Union.

3. Maintaining positive working relationships between Management and employees. To promote and maintain harmonious working place.

4. Prepare and compile IR reports for management reviews.

5. Responsible for managing Industrial Relation matters.

6. Coordinate the benefits related activities by working with ER Committee, e.g., birthday party, beer party and etc.

7. Conduct and manage Exit Interview as well as preparing Exit Interview report for management reviews.

8. Oversee all necessary paperwork, employee communications, benefits maintenance, leave tracking, management reports, workers compensation claims, and return to work programs is completed.

+. Coordinate and assist with recruitment and selection processes of Contract Manpower.

10. Conduct surveys and research on workers remuneration, labour negotiations, HR policies and procedures, employee retention schemes and make recommendations to management.

11. Assist in the preparation of Manpower and cost budgets.

12. Serves as a point of contact for employees on salary payment issues.

13. Coordinate employee disciplinary process and grievances handling.

14. Ensure employee disciplinary issues are fairly and consistently implemented and in accordance with workers condition of service across all department.

Skill:

1. Well-developed oral and written communication skills.

2. Excellent report and minutes of meetings writing skills.

3. Ability to prepare proposals for Management attention.

4. Knowledgeable in Disciplinary matters.

5. Strong Computer skills on Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and relevant applications
