The HR Executive will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to help us achieve our business objectives. The ideal candidate should have a passion for connecting with people, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the recruitment process. Responsibilities: Sourcing and Attracting Talent: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract potential candidates, such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals. Develop and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs. Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications to ensure they meet the qualifications for the position. Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills and fit for the organization. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Selection Process: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Manage the interview process, including candidate assessments, evaluations, and feedback collection. Offer and Onboarding: Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms. Assist new hires through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into the company. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and respectful candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Provide feedback to candidates in a timely and professional manner. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and records. Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics to evaluate and improve the recruitment process
