Job Title: HR Operations Executive
Job Summary: As an HR Operations Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the human resources department, focusing on streamlining processes, managing HR systems, and ensuring operational efficiency. Your role involves handling a wide range of administrative tasks, supporting employee lifecycle processes, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• HR Systems Management:
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the HRIS, including employee records, timekeeping, and payroll information.
• Provide technical support and training to HR staff and employees on HRIS usage.
• Employee Lifecycle Management:
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth transition processes for new hires and internal movements.
• Maintain documentation and records related to employee status changes.
• HR Administration:
• Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks such as employee file management, document preparation, and record-keeping.
• Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related correspondence.
• Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.
• Compliance and Policy Implementation:
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies in all HR operations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to established policies.
• Reporting and Analytics:
• Generate HR-related reports and metrics for management review.
• Analyze data trends to identify areas for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on HR data analysis.
• Employee Relations Support:
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Assist in resolving employee issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications efforts.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (typically 2-5 years) in HR operations or HR administration roles.
• Strong understanding of HRIS systems and proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
