Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, and implementing HR policies to manage a highly dynamic and data-driven healthcare research organization. Qualifications • Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and procedures • Experience in HR management and HR operations • Ability to manage employee relations effectively • Knowledgeable about Human Resource tool usage and the acquisition of specialized talent • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for professional development of the team • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field • At least 3-5 years of experience in HR management
