Duties & Responsibilities: -
- Handling monthly payroll.
- Manage talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
- Arrange training programmes for new and existing employees.
- Maintaining all documents required as per various statutory laws.
- Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees proactively every quarter or as an when required.
- Handling the full and final settlement of the employees.
- Regular updating of communication channels to all staff.
- Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
- Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality and providing regular feedback as an when required.
- Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities.
- Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of all employee.
- Escalating to the right level depending on the nature of the grievance or issue.
- Conducting exit interviews for employees and recording them accordingly (if required).
- Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the respective managers.
- Creating SOPs for all departments as per requirements.
- Engaging (One on Ones) with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization.
- Keeping records of staff insurance and ensuring timely renewal
Qualifications & Skills Required : -
- PG Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management.
- At least 5 years of experience in the field of HR preferably in Hospital.
- Demonstrated effectiveness in written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
- Knowledge of compensation strategy, performance management, employee relations, safety practices and talent acquisition
Salary – 25,000 – 30,000 per month
