The ideal HR Generalist will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.

Responsibilities
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and collaborating with hiring managers. Oversee the full onboarding process for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company.
• Employee Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance management, conflict resolution, and company policies. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws across all locations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and implement policy changes as needed. Assist with audits, investigations, and documentation for compliance purposes.
• Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management. Coordinate open enrollment periods and ensure employees have a clear understanding of their benefits.
• Payroll Support: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. Provide assistance with employee inquiries related to payroll and compensation.
• Training & Development: Partner with leadership to identify training needs and support ongoing professional development programs. Ensure employees are equipped with the tools they need to succeed in their roles.
• HR Systems & Reporting: Maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring accurate employee records and reporting. Generate regular reports on HR metrics such as turnover, recruitment efforts, and performance trends.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
• 5+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
