Job Responsibilities:

Recruitment: Work with Managers to identify recruitment needs, create job descriptions, and manage the recruitment process.
Onboarding: Manage and monitor induction and onboarding processes, ensuring seamless transitions for new employees.
HR Support: Provide ongoing HR guidance and advice, maintain accurate employee files, and ensure HR systems are up to date.
Development and Training: Assist with identifying development and training needs for new employees, including coordinating individual development plans.
Policies and Procedures: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, maintaining personnel records and associated human resource information systems.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum 2 years' experience in a Human Resources advisory role, preferably in the insurance industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work effectively in a team environment.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
