Job Description:
• Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment process through various job portals.
• Conduct training and onboarding formalities for new employees
• Maintain a database (MIS) of all the employees information and ensure they are up to date and secure.
• Will be responsible for preparing offer letters, appointment letters, transfer letters, relieving letters etc.
• Promote and develop Employee Engagement programs.
• Develop and implement employee related policies and procedures for the company
• Collect and assess HR data for performance management and other tasks using metrics. Provide inputs during bonus and appraisal discussions
• Act as a point of contact for employees and provide support for various subjects such as leaves, compensations, and resolve problems.
• Will be responsible to provide strategic inputs to the management to enhance work culture and existing practices for employee development
• Key Skills required:
• Master's degree in HR or related fields.
• Prior experience as a HR Generalist or in a related position.
• Must be confident, patient and pro-active.
• Strong communication, people and logical skills
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in the field of HR
